Mu Alpha Theta is welcoming it’s largest class of 37 full members in the 2017-18 school year. Nearly 60 student applications and teacher recommendations were reviewed to determine if the students had demonstrated excellence in at least two years of high school mathematics.
The students will be inducted into the National Mathematics Honors Society on Tuesday, January 30th.
The organization will also be recognizing the five students who have demonstrated excellence in one year of high school mathematics and will be recognized as Associate Members until they can apply for full membership next year.
